We accept payments through major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. We also accept bank transfers depending on your country of residence. As soon as your payment clears (clearing time varies depending on payment methods), your account will be credited with the Clerk Points immediately. We offer free refunds up to 7 days after we receive your payment. Please note that you may still incur fees for a refund through your financial institution and we will not be able to cover these fees.
Once you have loaded your account with Clerk Points, you will need to add activation time on your balance sheet before the installation period is done. There are 4 options to choose from, beginning at a month all the way to a full year. The automatic renewal feature will remember which option you picked for your balance sheet and attempt to add it automatically 24 hours before expiration. Please note that the default option for automatic renewal is 31 days therefore if you do not add activation time and you have automatic renewal enabled, you will be using it.
Consultations are available to book for an hour minimum. You can book however many hours you need and every hour will add
12,000 Clerk Points to the total. If you reserve more time than you need and you don't use 15 minutes of the last hour, you will be refunded for the extra time purchased however the 1 hour minimum applies. If you have a question on consultations, you may
